Pregnancy is an exciting yet exhausting time! There are very few moments in which you can relax and unwind, which makes this a wonderful treat for mum’s to be!
Pregnancy massage aims to relax your mind and body, whilst easing any discomfort you might be in. I use Grapeseed oil as it’s hydrating and helps to prevent stretch marks. Other benefits of pre-natal massage include; improving blood flow, easing tight muscles, and helping you sleep better!

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is one of my most popular massage treatments. This is the ideal treat for someone who loves warmth and wants a relaxing, deep-tissue-style massage. The heat from the smooth stones melts away any tension for a total stress-relieving massage.
I also use Swedish techniques alongside to help get rid of knots and muscle tension. After your hot stone massage you will feel rejuvenated and ready to face the rest of the day!
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head massage is an incredibly relaxing treatment. Your arms, shoulders, neck, face and scalp are massaged. Different techniques are used soothe you. It’s great for; soothing tension, easing headaches, relieving eye strain and improving concentration. Indian Head Massages also help to increase movement in the neck/shoulders.
This massage uses traditional Swedish techniques to relax both the mind and body. Grapeseed Oil is used to help moisturise the skin and aid a smooth massage. Using both firm and light pressure, we can soothe aching muscles and release painful knots.

Clary sage harmonises your senses, whilst bergamot and frankincense helps you to overcome anxiety.
A warming massage that will stimulate your circulation and recharge your energy.
Ginger helps to invigorate your muscles, whilst St Johns Wort alleviates bruising and inflammation.
A purifying massage that will leave you feeling balanced and uplifted.
Juniper and orange decongests and makes you feel happy, whilst patchouli calms your mind.
‘Thai Massage’, ‘Thai Yoga Massage’ or ‘Nuad Borarn’ is a unique therapy. Originating in ancient Thailand, it has been used for centuries to heal the mind and body.
Thai massage combines acupressure, compression and stretching techniques. For this treatment you will be fully dressed and laying on supportive mats on the floor. Your body will be gently manipulated into yoga like positions to allow deep stretching and realignment.
This treatment will have you stretched and soothed from head to toe. We’ll focus on rebalancing your emotional and physical state as we work through the massage.
*Please wear loose/stretchy/comfy clothing for this massage!*
