At the moment we accept payment via Paypal, bank transfer or cash.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes I am fully insured with BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology) for all of the treatments I offer.


Q:
Do I need to pay a deposit to make a booking?

A: If your appointment comes to £50 or over, a 10% deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on payment. Should you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your allotted time then this deposit will be kept.


Q:
What is your cancellation policy?

A: My cancellation policy is as follows: should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you should do so before the 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Of course I do my best to be flexible and I understand that it is not always possible to give as much notice as you would like. If you cancel/change your appointment time three times, the next appointment you make will require a deposit to secure your booking.

Will you be bringing out any more treatments?

A: Yes, I am always keeping up to date with the beauty industry to bring my clients effective treatments. I am always interested to get feedback from people to find what treatments they would like.
